Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cyber Security Analyst to help protect our systems, networks, and digital assets. In this role, you will monitor security threats, analyze vulnerabilities, and implement measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and networks for security threats and incidents
- Analyze security alerts, logs, and reports to identify risks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security testing
- Implement and maintain security controls and best practices
- Respond to security incidents and assist with investigations
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to improve security
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and security trends
Requirements
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, or IDS/IPS
- Knowledge of network security, systems security, and risk management
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document findings and communicate clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection
- Knowledge of penetration testing and vulnerability scanning tools
- Familiarity with secure software development practices
- Relevant certifications are a plus
